We are currently credentialing with select Florida insurance plans. Please verify benefits with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling.

Self-Pay

Self-pay appointments are available for patients without insurance or those who prefer not to use insurance.

Initial evaluation: $250
Follow-up visits: $125

Verification

Insurance coverage must be verified prior to the first appointment.
